Growing Community Connections

As the Nurse Manager for the school program, a big part of that goal for me is ensuring that I have nurses who are scholarly and experientially prepared for the role and are ready to take on the challenges our students and families face.

Meeting Marlee Matlin

Taking the challenge from Matlin to be a storytelling agent of change, it is my profound duty to tell the stories and be a champion for the marginalized population of disabled children that I see each day. I cannot do it alone. As a communications professional, simply put, I am a storyteller. It’s what I do. Now IS the time for each of us to tell the stories.

Welcome Back to School!

Preparing to go back to school is always a busy time. We are preparing new classrooms to greet our students for their first day of school. My goal each year is to create a welcoming space to make each student feel happy to be coming to school.

Join the Cariola Community!

Our jobs are not easy, I admit that, but I also know that working at Cariola provides the satisfaction of receiving a paycheck while balancing your home life and improving the lives of others. Once someone has seen who we are and what we do—they are “all in.” We have a place for them!
