Josh Fidler, Professional Development Coordinator, is an absolute star. He has only been with our Agency for two years, yet he’s an integral part of our Mary Cariola culture and spirit. He has advanced Professional Development and has elevated continuing education opportunities for teachers, OT/PT and Speech Therapists. Through the COVID-19 school pause, Josh was incredibly essential. He created numerous lectures, trained staff in Zoom technologies and provided voice-overs to trainings. Our staff remained up-to-date in the services for our students, in the know of Agency information, and allowed our families access to trainings and support for their children at home. Josh is in essence the spirit of Mary Cariola. He is someone who works incredibly hard for the good and ongoing advancement of our Agency.
