Discovering each child's lifelong potential

School Age

The School Age Program provides instructional and therapeutic services to children with multiple disabilities from five to 21 years of age. Some have very rare developmental disorders—and many are medically frail.

Hours of instruction are 8:45 am- 2:45 pm Monday-Friday.  An instructional lunch period is a scheduled part of a student's educational program at Mary Cariola.

Children who thrive in the positive, upbeat environment, often surprising families and staff with their progress.  They come from ten counties and 50 school districts throughout western New York.  It can be difficult for some children with disabilities to reach their full potential in public schools, but every child can thrive in Mary Cariola day programs.
